Sometimes the best experiences are the simplest.  When traveling some time back from San Diego to New Orleans, I was dumbfounded by the huge menus presented to my at the various diners, cafes, hole-in-the-walls, and Texas BBQ roadhouses along the way. Much like America – the menus were over the top in terms of choice.
